“Put these things into practice, devote yourself to them, so that all may
see your progress. Pay close attention to yourself and to your teaching.”
1 Timothy 4:15, 16
Daily Express: There is more to you than appears to be, as a spiritual person you have the power to tap into something beyond the ordinary three-dimensional earthly world of the five senses.
Allow me to share with you a little of what Wayne Dyer says in his book,
“You’ll See It When You Believe It.” He says,
“Regardless of the circumstances of your life, you are the writer,
director, and producer of your mental images. You will always act out
those pictures. Your circumstances do not determine what your life will
be; they reveal what kind of images you have chosen up until now. From the
quality of your physical appearance, to your level of nutritional health,
to the state of your financial holdings, to the quality of your
relationships and everything else that requires an action by you, you are
acting on images. Your mind stores away all of the images that you elect,
and you daily carry out the assignment of those thoughts.
“You cannot have a feeling without first having a thought. Your behavior
is based upon your feelings, which are based upon your thoughts. So the
thing to work on is not to change your behavior, but those things inside
of your consciousness that we call thoughts. Once your thoughts reflect
what you genuinely want to be, the appropriate emotions and the consequent
behavior will flow automatically. Believe it, and you will see it.”
I was listening to the news the other night. Some commentator was saying
that the problem with society as a whole, baby-boomers, or people in
general is they don’t have any motivation. As a society, we are winding
down like a big clock with a spring motor slowly winding down. A lot of
people are accepting this and believing it.
There is a difference in spiritual life. Let me show you the difference.
In society, (the three-dimensional world), you are told when you wind
down—you’re out. There is only one way to go and that is down deeper and
deeper and deeper to a point you can never return to what you were.
But Jesus Christ showed a difference.
The beautiful thing about being a Christian is we know there is a
Christian law which says if you have faith and belief—
WHAT GOES DOWN MUST COME UP!
We also live in a spiritual world beyond the three earthly dimensions.
Our best manifestations, and miracles come from the fourth dimension through us
into the third dimension.
There is no wind-down in you. The human part of you can wind down. You are
like an Energizer battery. If it’s not plugged into its source, it will
run down and the little rabbit banging the drum will be fatigued. He’ll
You are NOT alone. You are connected to your Source—God. When you realize
that, and build that awareness into your life, you have an added
dimension – great power which can build a new life tomorrow. You have the
power to create, to construct, a life that is what you want it to be.
What do you want to do? What do you want to become? You can with God’s
added dimensional help. Maybe your human self can’t do it, but God coming
through you can. It does not matter how many times you have failed, how
many times you have not succeeded, how many times you’ve been sick or how
many times you’ve been met with terrible wall of your own limitation.
What is past is past.
With God’s power working through you, you can climb over that wall of yesterday.
What pulls you over that wall?
Faith. The vine of faith comes down and you climb over the wall like it is
nothing. Former walls in your life are nothing to God.
God's Will is for you to have a glorious future.
Dear God, I pray that I am not locked into appearances.
I pray that I am able to sense beyond my human five senses.
I pray that I am able to tap into something beyond the ordinary three-dimensional world.
I am ready to expand the horizons of my vision and thinking.
I am ready for a new life, and living it, as a new spiritual person.
In Jesus Christ's name… Amen
My home is a haven of love and peace for me, and for all who enter there.
